The final mentorship event for the 2015-2016 program year is fast approaching. What a fantastic year it has been!

The program committee is pleased to announce that the keynote speaker for the evening will be Roxanne Cramer. Roxanne is the Managing Partner of CCI (Cramer Company International) and a well-known recruiter within the public relations and communications industry. She’ll be providing networking and career planning tips and advice to program participants about how to successfully land a job in PR. The evening will wrap up and celebrate another successful mentorship program year.

Roxanne Cramer is President of CCi Search, a company she founded to provide executive recruitment services, strategic consulting and career counseling exclusively for Public Relations, Marketing, Social Media, Corporate Communications, Investor Relations and Public Affairs. She was responsible for client consulting engagements, managing client relations, business development and public relations. Ms. Cramer has also managed a successful Marketing and Communications agency, and was a product manager and marketing manager with a million dollar manufacturing company.

Ms. Cramer is a sought-after speaker on a range of career issues for all levels. She is widely recognized for her real-world advice and solid practicality, and has been called upon to comment on employment, recruitment and coaching issues for national news media including W5, the Globe and Mail and The Sun. She is a dynamic lecturer, media expert on employment issues, and frequent contributor to global professional journals and industry newsletters including PR Week, PRCanada and IABC Communicator.

A believer in the importance of industry associations and networking, Ms. Cramer has dedicated her time and expertise to a range of industry associations and events. Ms. Cramer holds a B.A in Economics and Marketing from the University of Guelph, and the Certified Advertising Agency Practitioner (CAAP) designation from the Institute of Canadian Advertising.
